What is a Giclée print and where is my print produced?

Giclée is a French term meaning “to spray”, referring to how an inkjet printer works and how giclée prints are usually produced. These large format inkjet printers use small spraying devices that can both match color and apply ink precisely, giving a high-quality print. My prints are printed at Sumi Studio in Dublin.

How can I pay for my print(s)?

Transactions can be made securely online through Stripe.

I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Yes indeed, orders can be canceled for a full refund if it has not been processed for postage. All orders are print on demand and can take 5 - 7 days to get ready for posting, therefore please contact me immediately if you would like to cancel your order.

How long will my order take to produce if printed on demand?

All orders are print on demand and can take 5 - 7 days to get ready for posting. Delivery times can vary according to location, please allow adequate time and consider scenarios such as holidays, bad weather, and processing disruptions. The island of Ireland can normally take 1-3 working days. The rest of the world can normally take between 4-20 working days. I do my best to post orders as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

I ship to most countries worldwide. During checkout, you will find your shipping country in the dropdown menu. If you don't see your country listed, unfortunately I do not ship to that country.

How are my prints shipped?

Your prints are posted with An Post from the Republic of Ireland. Prints are packaged securely and posted in a tube or packing cube. I am extremely careful when packing my prints and do my best to ensure that no damage will occur during postage. If multiples of prints are ordered at the same time, I will package them all in the one package. PLEASE NOTE: Giclée prints must be handled with care, so do be careful when opening them.

What are my shipping options?

For orders within the republic of Ireland and EU I will register your package. If you're located outside the EU, I will register your package. Registered post has tracking options and is insured against loss, therefore registered post is the best option for countries outside of the EU. Registered post needs to be signed for on delivery. If no one is home during delivery, your item should be kept in your local post office for collection so you should check with your local post office as soon as possible after receiving a notice of attempted delivery.

My order was not delivered or is damaged, What should I do?

Please contact me within 30 working days of your shipping notification and I will assist you. It is important to make contact with me within this period and no later, so that I can fill out a missing report with the An Post, the postal provider. If damaged: It is important that you send me clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. A refund or replacement will be offered after an official investigation has been submitted and resolved with the postal provider. Refunds or replacements do not extend to shipping issues that are out of my control (providing an incorrect address, unclaimed orders, processing delays), or the customers failure to contact me within 30 days of shipment. Shipping costs are not subject to a refund as they have been paid to the postal provider.

Can I return or exchange my order for something else?

Unfortunately I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Do you offer framing?

Unfortunately I don’t offer a framing service but I can recommend the framing service at Sumi Studio in Dublin.
